I've been a gallery instructor and outreach coordinator with DRAW INC since the start of 2018. I've been impressed with their dedication and service to bring the arts to underserved populations here in Salt Lake through their community outreach programs, as well as their priority to make sure there is something for everyone! The outreach classes at DRAW INC provide a way for participants to experience the arts in an inclusive, all levels approach. They also include STEM classes, encouraging participants to link the arts with problem solving, creativity, and resourcefulness.

They have a wide range of instructors and board members that bring a variety of experience and perspective to DRAW INC. Each of the monthly shows highlights local artists and topics that are relevant to those in Salt Lake, like February's installation themed around Salt Lake's inversion. They've also recently started hosting the Utah Arts Alliance Program, "Connect"- a great way for artists to network, display their work, and get feedback from the community and fellow artists. It is a great program that will enhance the work of artists all over the area, regardless of skill level.

The gallery classes are open to the public and provide a space for those in the avenues, as well as any of the greater Salt Lake area to improve their artistic abilities, as well as play an active role in contributing to the amazing outreach programs mentioned earlier!

There is something for everyone at DRAW INC!
