Causes: Civil Rights
Mission: To provide the necessary funds to promote the public interest in defending the nevada marriage amendment, so as to protect and promote the institution of traditional marriage as only between a male and a female person in the state of nevada, and to educate the public about important issues affecting the institution of marriage to the extent necessary to solicit monetary contributions to pay the legal defense costs, expenses and fees relating to the nevada marriage amendment litigation and any other similar lawsuits or legal proceedings in the united states relating to traditional marriage between a male and a female person, and to carryon other activities associated with these goals as allowed by law.
Programs: Solicit contributions and raise money to pay the legal defense costs, expenses and fees which are necessary to protect (a) the civil rights and legal interests of the nevada voters who passed the nevada marriage amendment, including the legal defense costs, expenses and fees of the coalition for the protection of marriage, a nevada non-profit corporation, which was the proponent of the nevada marriage amendment, and (b) the civil rights and legal interests of other persons in other lawsuits or legal proceedings in the united states relating to traditional marriage between a male and a female person.
