Mission: Community Ventures works alongside a local neighborhood over a period of years, through several phases of new development. By developing a critical mass of attractive, high quality, affordable housing, it has managed to bring lasting improvement and economic re-integration to struggling urban communities.
Programs: Community Ventures develops affordable rental and for-sale housing for low-, moderate- and middle-income families using public and private subsidy. To date, Community Ventures has built or renovated 180 houses and apartments for rent and 86 houses for sale in Philadelphia neighborhoods. Community Ventures manages all of its rental properties.
