Mission: Work with business, health, social services and churches to create a healthier community for the residents of tulsa.
Programs: Tcchd - north regional health and wellness center: provides a wide array of patient services greatly needed in this area of the county. Services include immunizations, family planning, cancer screenings, school- based health education, nurse case management for mothers, community outreach, adult health screenings, women, infants and children (wic), and behavioral health services for children. In addition, the health center will be home to several prevention programs, including tobacco reduction, substance abuse, teen pregnancy, and infant mortality.
pathways to health : promote and support the community health improvement plan by reviewing and sharing assessment results, coordination between regional coalitions, mobilizing resources and gauging initiative progress.
