The vision of the board and staff is to ensure that our services are provided with dignity, at the lowest possible cost to our patients, in locations, and at times most convenient to the population we serve. We emphasize health maintenance, prevention, promotion and education in self-care. Chcp's embraces a holistic philosophy of health care, and encourages the spiritual, psychological, as well as the physical aspects of health care.
