Mission: The community health center of buffalo, inc operates three freestanding federally qualified health centers licensed as a diagnostic and treatment center under article 28 of the ny state health law. The center provides a broad range of primary health services to a largely medically underserved and uninsured population.
Programs: The center provides health care to the medically underserved and uninsured. Approximatly 48,000 visits to 17,000 patients were provided in 2017. In addition, the center provides free or reduced charge services, including dental, family care, pediatric,gyn,family planning,and social and mental health.
