Mission: Community development fund of utah assists aspiring homeowners along the path to homeownership, develops sustainable and affordable housing, revitalizes and stabilizes neighborhoods and communities, and promotes self-sufficiency through home ownership.
Programs: During the year, cdf provided 15 2nd mortgages as part of its homefit loan program designed to help low to moderate income households finance home purchases. This product does not require mortgage insurance, reducing the overall cost of financing home purchases. Cdf also provided 13 homefit saver grants (down payment assistance)
