Causes: Consumer Protection
Mission: To effectively plan and deliver professional, unbiased, educational opportunities in a cost-effective manner for the electric, gas, water/wastewater utilities,cooperatives and municipalities throughout north america and the world.
Programs: A technical conference is held annually with approximately 1,200 to 1,500 attendees for employees of utility cooperatives and municipalities. Four to five newsletters are produced annually and distributed to all attendees plus additional prospective attendees.
