This group was formed after a year of five child homicides all of children under the age of 3-years-old. The coalition has a mission to; 'Empower Communities To Report Child Abuse' with a motto of; 'Be A Hero To A Child'.
This group speaks on types of abuse, recognizing abuse and reporting it!
Please Be A Hero To A Child and report suspected abuse to the police.

CAPAC works to increase the awareness of, and to increase the reporting of Child abuse. It's an all volunteer (no p[aid staff) organization with minimal administrative expense.
