Mission: The Servant Leadership Development School (Center For Sharing) is a non-profit organization with 15 years of experience in the area of developing Spiritually based social service programs. Initially, the style of work was charitable in nature, focusing on addressing basic needs of low-income marginalized people. By engaging in the strategy of providing only basic needs, it was found that clients had no opportunity to change the context in which they were living, so a more holistic approach was sought and developed using a Mission Group concept. The strategy began with an effort to build staff in the areas of community, spirituality, study and reflection. By internalizing these values, it was found that many of those we were serving were also internalizing our values, purposes and commitments. Our mission of personal and corporate development is built on the concept of small group relational dynamics using reflection and action.
