Mission: We research, invent, test, and deliver game-changing solutions for sustainable and equitable cities. Our goal is to advance urban sustainability, shared prosperity, and economic development through initiatives in transportation and community development, water, climate, and public policy. We coach city leaders, advise decision makers, advocate policy change, and find new ways to make neighborhoods, cities, and regions work better.
Programs: Water: urban flooding. Leaky pipes. For too long, these issues have been too easy to ignore. We help communities find and implement smart, practical, and replicable solutions to water management. We promote pragmatic changes in the way we manage water as a resource. We propose legislation and build alliances to promote efficient and sustainable policies and practices, which help urban communities adapt to changing weather, protect property, and improve water quality.
