Center for Accessible Technology has been around for 30 years, providing help to anyone in the community who needs to figure out the computer and related technology that will assist them. They are a place to go try out things like speech recognition, to find out if it will work for you before you buy. They are making over 20 iPads with communication available to anyone who needs to try those options. The Center has a wealth of knowledge in some pretty esoteric areas.
