Programs: Farmlink works to connect land seekers and landowners with resources and each other and to provide the assistance and resources that will help members progress along a spectrum of steps to get them closer to their farming and land tenure/transfer goals. In 2014, farmlink hosted or partnered on 6 workshops/networking events reaching over 180 participants. Two farmlink matches were made, keeping over 140 acres in agricultural production.

farm to table trade meetings bringing together producers,buyers,business and agriculture professionals to make connections and generate sales of local products. There were three regional trade meetings held. Reached farm best practices for certification of wsda gaps. Introduced value added processing, marketing, food distribtion and aggregation models such as food hubs on farm agri-tourism. Started a csa business and innovative funding model.

puget sound fresh educates consumers about the benefits of buying and eating locally grown food and the importance of healthy farms, healthy food and healthy communities. The psf program produced and distributed 130,000 free copies of our 2014 farm guide which is in it's 12th year of publication. Expanded the puget sound fresh farm product and activity taxomony from approximatley 150 to 240 items. Added grains, forest, more agri-tourism activities. Expanded fresh from the forest content and listings. Created online farm product and activity forum. Developed partnership with grace communications foundation's sustainable table program. Their eat well guides online directory will link farms and farmers markets on puget sound fresh in 2015. Puget sound fresh mobile app went live in april directly connecting consumers with farmers, farmers markets, products, recipes and events.

programs were represented at over 30 conferences, workshops, and community events in 2014 reaching over 2 million people with information and resources about local farms and local food.
