Mission: Assist pregnancy care centers. The purpose of the organization is to provide training, consultations, exchanging ideas, and inter-agency networking, and opportunities for social interaction to pregnancy care centers, maternity homes and adoption agencies in north carolina.
Programs: Medical clinic project, special appropriations grant between the state of north carolina, department of health and human services, division of public health and carolina pregnancy care fellowshipncdhhs provided funding to carolina pregnancy care fellowship (cpcf). To purchase durable medical equipment for clinics and provide training to clinics on the use of the durable equipment. Also to provide grant funds for the human coalition to develop and implement a two-year continuum of care pilot program at its raleigh clinic. The pilot program shall provide care coordination and medical support to women experiencing crisis pregnancies. In 2017 10 ultrasound machines were purchased and delivered to various pregnancy centers in nc at the cost of $274,154. There were 5 pregnancy centers who participated in ultrasound training at the cost of $9,987. $150,000 was used for the human coalition pilot project.

Each center purchased items such as maternal health client related curriculum, staff development, various trainings, advertising, medical clinic and office supplies and materials, it and office equipment, incentives for clients and other overhead costs. Preliminary budgets were created and approved by ncdhhs and cpcf. Grant reimbursed cpcf for administrative costs.
