Mission: To provide support for families that include a child with down syndrome and/or a chronic illness.
Programs: The carly may foundation was created to provide support for families that include a child with down syndrome and/or a chronic illness. The tenth annual golf event in 2017 was a success. The event had a record number of golfers and most sponsorships in tournament history. The money raised went to the university of minnesota foundation, the down syndrome foundation, jack's basket and the dakota hawks adapted floor hockey teams.
