Programs: Csueu maintains a full-time staff of professional legal and labor experts dedicated to helping its membership through any career issues such as grievances, adverse actions, negative performance evaluations and rejection on probation. More than 430 member cases handled in 2017.
csueu educates members on matters related to labor rules and issues by holding more than 100 csueu chapter meetings throughout the state. Published a monthly newsletter for the members' education on important issues related to the organization's mission.
csueu sponsored and supported legislation to improve members' pay, benefits, pension and working conditions. Csueu sponsored "lobby day" in 2017 which allowed members to meet and educate legislators about the issues that affect the members' careers.
