Causes: Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services
Mission: To provide housing and support for the homeless.
Programs: C-u at home engages and mobilizes our community to house and support the most vulnerable residents on their journey of healing and restoration. We now have six different areas where we help those without a home. The phoenix daytime drop-in center provides a safe and encouraging community center atmosphere with computers, musical instruments, art supplies, puzzles and games. It is an environment where community members connect with and develop relationships with the most vulnerable. Our transportation ministry provides rides for those who are in need of detox, rehab, shelter, or a ride to any type of housing solution. Through our street ministry we spend time in the parks, on the street, and in other areas where the homeless reside. We offer support, encouragement, and relationship. We have three different houses for transitional, supportive housing--a recovery house for men, a family house, and a women's house. We offer professional case management and counseling and residents can stay in the houses for 6 to 12 months
