Mission: To organize, conduct, and finance celebrations in downtown lubbock, texas, to focus attention on the historical significance and overall importance of the central core of lubbock to the community as a whole.
Programs: City wide celebrations during the year, including observation of the fourth of july, benefitting the citizens of lubbock and surrounding communities and invoking an awareness of the area's historical significance.
