Mission: In the interest of meeting our community's needs for a continuum of care, botsford continuing care corporation, in concert with beaumont hospital - farmington hills, will provide an environment in which clients will receive personal attention by health care professionals dedicated to maintaining their health, safety, independence, comfort and dignity during their residence through state of the art medical, nursing, dietary, therapeutic, recreational, spiritual and quality of life programs within aesthetically pleasing facilities and grounds. Botsford continuing care corporation works to create a fullness of life through the joy of relationships, the art of caring and the spirit of living.
Programs: The skilled nursing unit (snf) is a 179 bed facility. The assisted living facility is a 63 bed facility. It is a safe and supportive environment for older adults needing some assistance with their daily routine. Each residents' care is customized to his or her individual needs in order to provide support and assistance while maintaining and providing independence. The center features residential suites with private baths and generous living space for treasured personal furnishings. Each is easily accessible to community living, dining and social areas. The independent living apartment is a 51 apartment facility. Each apartment is wheelchair accessible, has 24 hour security services and illuminated thermostats, and includes emergency call service. Each unit also has priority access to health services. Each apartment includes complete kitchen and laundry facilities and includes access to the adjacent town commons building. The town commons building includes dining services, a pool, exercise room and a library with media services.
