Mission: The bmcc performing arts centers mission is to educate. Enrich and entertain the diverse community it serves by presenting a broad spectrum of performing arts events.
Programs: Children series provide younger generations opportunity to appreciate folklore and contemporary live theatre programs. We especially targeted to low income and transcultural young populations.
presentation of a variety of performing arts including music dance theatre by both emerging and established artists with emphasis being placed on a multicultural performing arts experience for our audiences.
rental and college events presented in our theater provide activities important to our exempt function in that they enable the community to experience an even greater theatrical menu than we can provide. It also provides support and training to young people seeking to develop skills or career in theatre operations.
