independent living: bohemian home for the aged operates a 104-unit independent living community where residents live independently in townhomes and do not need the additional assistance of a supportive living community. Services include landscaping and grounds maintenance, snow and trash removal, emergency response systems, exercise programs, planned activities, meal delivery and other related services for the residents. Approximately 21% of the independent living residents moved to the next level of care at the supportive living community.
