COLLEGE PARK, GA CALL CTR.
1. employees who are downright nasty and rude to the disabled callers. For example, one female employee who sat diagonally from me and was rude. our supervisor would hear her and never did anything.
2. employees who would tell the disabled callers they would hang up on them, did it and hr did nothing about it; sat right next to me.
3. employees cussing loudly on the call center floor; same male employee who sat next to me.
4. employees getting into shouting matches on the floor.
5. hr telling the business of other employees.
6. nasty, filthy bathrooms.
7. janitors not coming to work to clean bathrooms.
8. gnat infestation causing distractions.
9. employees wearing flip flops to work drawing attention.
10. unprofessional hr making assumptions without knowing facts.
11. pto being cut down into half.
12. lousy pay.
13. supervisors who are nasty to employees.
14. lack of overtime when it is needed.
15. training lied about being able to telecommute .
16. hostile work environment.
17. lack of feedback on calls from supervisors
18. too much gossiping on the call floor

25. supervisors using the employees' own medical equipment to assess other distressed employees; obviously no first aid avail.
26. said medical equipment was damaged upon my exit
27. They don’t care about the diabetic members they’re on hold for days at a time no call back.
