Causes: Education, Secondary & High Schools
Mission: To develope great jewish women who possess a passion for g-d, torah, israel, the jewish people, and academic excellence, and who are inspired to create a vibrant jewish home and community.
Programs: Torah girls academy of texas opened her doors in august 2009. The daily instruction is split between judaic and general studies with classes beginning at 8:10am and ending at 4:10pm monday through thursday. Classes are held from 8:10am to 2:10pm on fridays. Torah girls academy is closed for all jewish holidays as well as national holiday closures. On a monthly basis, the torah girls academy has a saturday night event where they include girls in the community to join their activities-bowling, baking, painting, etc. Once a year, the school has a weekend retreat away from school and a school retreat with a similar girls school either in dallas or denver.
