Mission: The mission of blue mountain oncology program, inc. Is to provide coordinated resources to aid in the management of cancer patients and to promote access to regional oncology services. The vision of blue mountain oncology program, inc. Is to be recognized as a high quality source of cancer information to assist participating health care organizations to attain and maintain excellence in their cancer program.
Programs: Assist hospitals and other health care providers with statewide reporting requirements to provide complete, high quality data in a timely manner. Develop and maintain a secure, reliable system for the receipt, management, and analysis of data and for the production of routine and special reports to required agencies. Establish data reporting agreements with cancer diagnosis and treatment facilities in the counties covered by the organization and to provide for the reporting of data elements required by npcr.
