Mission: A group dedicated to providing an informational and educational network that promotes the positive aspects of blue island. Through "the forum" newspaper and other bidc sponsored programs, we intend to stimulate and strengthen our community and improve the quality of life in blue island.
Programs: Forum newspaper - semi-monthly community newspaper provided free to all blue islanders. It covers all aspects of blue island living and encourages participation in local events.
housing and apartment referral board - community information center affords both tenants and building owners the opportunity to list properties available for rent or sale in a central location.
