Programs: Donations were awarded to the following recipients as approved by the binghamton rotary charities board: $1,500 to the backpack program; $1,283 to binghamton philharmonic ticket printer; $1,500 to literacy volunteers office equipment; $1,550 to samaritan venture project; $1,500 to wskg radio documentary project; $1,500 to junior achievement program; $500 to a room to heal; $1,000 to pwc scholars for benches at binghamton housing authority; $1,256 to addiction center of broome county for computer installation; $975 to achieve greenhouse to market project; $100 to vestal high scool chem free all nighter prom; $1,500 to junior league/kopernick science project; $2,500 to bcc foundation-family reading partner project; $100 to seton post prom party; $1,078 to addiction center of broome county children's home project; $299 to the rotary foundation. The above projects will benefit hundreds and in some cases thousands of people.
