Causes: Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Children & Youth
Mission: Our goal is to assure that all children have the opportunity to benefit from a positive relation- ship with an adult role model and mentor. Our agency believes every child deserves a caring adult in his or her life. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana is a well-established organization in northeast Indiana comprised of eight counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, Noble, Wells and Whitley. We are affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and are celebrating 26 years of service to this community. During the 1996 calendar year, 368 volunteers helped to serve 704 youth in the eight counties served by BBBS of Northeast Indiana.
