Aubreys Angels Charity Crochet

I joined this group almost 2 years ago and have NEVER belonged to a more caring and loving group. They just keep giving be it donations to various organizations or prayers when needed. They don't come any better.

Out of one family's heartbreak grew this organization dedicated to providing a measure of comfort and caring for those individuals and families who have experienced similar losses and difficulties. They--we, actually, because I am proud to claim membership in this group!--are a group of dedicated individuals who have banded together to donate time and love and products of individual talents, whether it's in the form of sewing , crocheting, knitting, any form of hand-worked projects are provided....if you can do it, we can use it.....Recipients of this group's treasures include hospitals, nursing homes, homeless shelters, NICU's, to name just a few. I could go on and on about what a wonderful role Aubreys Angels Charity Crochet plays in the lives of so many people but I won't......I will end with what it has meant to me personally....Many of the members are holding down jobs and caring for families as well as devoting time to others served by this group......some--like me--are no longer able to participate in the mainstream workforce, but aren't ready to be useless to others.....this group has given me a purpose and acceptance....Through them I can still be a valuable functioning member of society....I bless them for that....I also bless them for the warmth and humor, caring and compassion they provide on a daily basis within our interactions with each other.......
