Mission: The foundation will provide for the exchange of economic, educational, and cultural information and ideas among government leaders and other citizens of foreign countries, government leaders of the united states government or from other states or territories of the united states, other citizens of the united states and members of the california legislature.
Programs: Other program services included numerous minor gifts of appreciation to foreign officials for attending meetings of the california legislature and staff and the foreign officials who were guests of the u. S. State department as part of the international visitors program. The purpose of such meetings was to educate members of the california legislature and staff and foreign officials regarding california trade operations.
