Programs: Apm's human services division provides head start day care services for children 3-5 years old for low income families who live within the neighborhood. The level of day care service is based on families' income levels using a sliding scale. As a bilingual organization, apm has no boundaries and accepts referrals all across the city of philadelphia. The early intervention program provides special education for children 3-5 years old with special needs, such as emotional, speech and physical therapy. Case management is an integral service offered to homeless individuals and families to provide rental assistance to help families secure stable living. Children, youth and family programs provide services to children in their own homes, recruit foster parents and offer adoption services. Apm provides shelter for families with small children until they are moved into transitional or permanent housing.

mental health and medical services - apm maintains two behavioral health clinics that deliver a spectrum of bilingual and culturally sensitive treatment and prevention services to more than 2,000 philadelphia residents without geographic restriction. Apm offers bilingual diagnoses and treatment for the community's mental health issues.
