Mission: Our mission as part of a catholic health care system is to further the healing ministry of jesus by continually improving the health and well-being of all people, especially the poor, in the communities we serve.
Programs: Wheaton franciscan laboratories supports clinical operations of all other wheaton franciscan healthcare inpatient and outpatient operations by providing needed laboratory tests. Services include routine laboratory tests (blood tests, urine tests, etc. ), cell, blood and tissue analysis, and transfusion services credentialed by the american association of blood banks, resulting in cost-effective, high quality diagnostic laboratory services all provided by our employees, who are registered by the college of american pathologists and in many cases are members of the american society of clinical pathologists or certified phlebotomists.
