Programs: Daughters of charity services of new orleans (dcsno) provides optometry services to the general population. Individuals without the ability to pay are placed on a sliding fee scale and are asked to pay a nominal fee. Dcsno also provides pharmaceutical services, education, and counseling services to the poor and working poor of the new orleans area. Dcsno generated 3,667 visits and filled 118,277 prescriptions during the year.
