Mission: The Arts Council of Oklahoma City's mission is to bring the arts and the community together through the coordination of events, resources and services. The Arts Council supports the beliefs that arts define and are vital for a healthy community; service is the cornerstone for all our activities and programs; inclusion in and access to the arts are fundamental to all we do; arts unite and celebrate the diversity of our community; arts education is a lifelong process; volunteers are the lifeblood and soul of the organization; and collaboration and partnerships are essential elements of the Arts Council.
