Mission: Apex housing foundation (ahf) is a non-profit organization committed to the revitalization of our communities. Ahf provides affordable housing for low to moderate income level families, transitional housing for displaced veterans, ed training, to build strong families
Programs: Ahf partners with community organizations and business, financial institutions, local government and the state board members as well as residents of the population it serves to develop and implement a comprehensive revitalization strategy. Grant opportunities, private donations, and local sponsorship allow ahf to secure resources to develop more affordable housing, increase organizational capacity, create jobs and improve neighborhoods. As measured by expenses, our largest service program is our affordable housing program which includes two target populations in one. The first target population is low to moderate income level families. We were able to provide several families with affordable homes. Our second target population focused on providing homes for veterans.
ahf housing specialist are equipped with the knowledge, experience and expertise to lead with solutions to common obstacles of home ownership by creating individualized action plans. We specialize in working with future homeowners with less than perfect credit. Whether a client is ready to buy a home or dreams on becoming a homeowner, ahf is here to help. We offer: personal counseling * credit repair advisors * financial advisors * home buyers seminars* home maintenance counseling * loan officers * closing attorneys*post-purchase education.
