Causes: Human Services, Residential Care & Adult Day Programs
Programs: Angel's nest transitional living program (tlp) is a privately funded 501(c)(3) non-profit organization designed to support transitional youth, ages 18 to 24 years old, who have aged out of the foster care system. Angel's nest tlp offers five young men the opportunity to call a house their "home" while they pursue their educational and vocational dreams with the assistance and guidance of a residential director and staff. During their participation in the program, these young men will be provided with a family-like environment where a full-time residential director and staff will assist them in accomplishing their goals and strengthen their independent living skills. Angel's nest tlp is here to show our youth that, they too can succeed.
