I just love this mission. What better way to end this horrible epidemic, then by promoting the positive care of children. It's the antidote! You guys are going to make a BIG change. Congratulations!

Imagine if that organization served as a platform giving American children a voice.
The AmericanSPCC is that organization. They are creating solutions to the problems facing far too many American children.
I hope others will come together and support this growing community in whatever ways they can.

I love visiting American SPCC's Learning Center for free tips and support to help me on my parenting journey. They are passionate about protecting kids.
We received some TLC cards at our local birthing center and were so impressed with this program that provides people in need with the help they need immediately. Bravo ASPCC!

I volunteer for this organization because I believe we can stop the cycle of child abuse in my lifetime. American SPCC is one of my favorite charities. It is supporting and bringing awareness to a cause that needs more voices. I am proud to support them and will continue to do so in many years to come.
Astay you are a wonderful supporter of our community! Thank YOU! Yes, children need us to continue to step up and speak up on their behalf. That's why having dedicated caring people is so important to our cause.
I am passionate about this organization as I think it brings awareness to the world about child abuse. We often don't know or think about what goes on behind closed doors.
Thank you for speaking up and supporting the cause, Joanne. You words are making a difference.
I have recently gotten to know this non profit and a few of the amazing people backing it! I am thankful for the passion they have for child advocacy, a subject that truly hits home with me. This organization is necessary and I am motivated by the work they do!
We are so delighted to have you on board as a dedicated volunteer. Your generous and caring commitment allows American SPCC to continue to advocate for America's most vulnerable citizens; abused, neglected, and bullied children. We cannot find enough words to thank you for your personal help, and your kind supportive words. Thanks being being part of our community. We can't do it without you!
The team working on American SPCC are some of the most dedicated, passionate and authentic people I have ever met! Their enthusiasm in spreading awareness for these important issues and their drive to truly have an impact on children's lives is incredibly inspiring and motivating.
Thank you so much for your kind words of support. We truly appreciate fabulous advisors and volunteers like you, who make it possible for American SPCC to do this important work, for our most important citizens...children.
It's a real motivation for me, I get to be stronger for other children around me because of American SPCC and also it's a strong move to a better life for all children.
We are so pleased to hear that you found our work valuable and helpful . Thank you so much for your feedback and your kind words of support.
Our son has been the target of bullying and we were led to the webpage of American SPCC where they have offered resources on the causes and physical effects of bullying as well as offered a guide to bullying prevention. Thank you American SPCC for all your hard work to STOMP out bullying
We are so sorry to hear your son as been the target of bullying. We are pleased you found our information and help resources useful in this situation. We wish you well in ending this abusive bullying. Thank you for writing to let us know, and for your kind words of encouragement.
American SPCC is a very special organization to us. It is very important that we work together and advocate for children in America. We love supporting them and will continue to do so in the years to come. Thank you for all of your strong efforts.
Thank you so much for your kind words Alica, and your generous support. You are so very much appreciated. It's inspiring to receive your encouraging comment.
American Society for the Positive Care of children is my favourite charity to support because of the informative and proactive measures they take to raise awareness of child abuse and neglect. I give this charity 5 stars!
Joanne, thank you so much for your supportive words. Your support is encouraging to us (American SPCC), and so very important to the cause. Your comment is valued and appreciated.
American SPCC is a very important organization to us as advocates against the maltreatment of children in America. We are long time supporters of the work they are doing to stand up and speak out against child abuse. We must unite and work together as a country to raise awareness and prevent this epidemic from continuing. The children are our future and they need us. Thank you American SPCC for your dedication and and continuous hard work!
Thank you so much, Rhonda. It takes a community of caring individuals like you to make a difference. We appreciate your support!
The reason I love this charity is because they are very forward thinking in their approach to getting information out there. They actually provide on their website, pre-made memes, and all the instructions on how you would share them on your own social media. They have a wealth of resources and information that has been collected and put in one location for easy access for anyone who needs help. Lastly they are focused on finding solutions from the youth of today. This is highly effective for 2 reasons: young people know best how to communicate to their peers and have new fresh ideas and also they are going to be the next generation of parents, so raising their awareness of the issue of Child Abuse is taking a pro active and hopefully preventative stance.
I came across the American SPCC on Facebook and have read a lot of the information that they share on-line. I have learned so much more about what constitutes child abuse and they are actively working to use education and tools to tackle it at from many different angles: parenting, schools, peer to peer etc.
I like that they are focusing on solutions and change and I look forward to being able to participate in their organization.
Ever dedicated to raising awareness and protecting children, American SPCC is diligent about its advocacy and offers wonderful information and programs to educate the public about child abuse (in all forms!) prevention. Through its collaborative spirit, American SPCC encourages adults and youth to take action against child maltreatment including bullying. Thank you American SPCC for the good work YOU do!!!
I have been following and donating to this non-profit organization for many years now and I am continually amazed with the results. This organization's message needs to be heard and spread to as wide a population as possible.
American SPCC works tirelessly to prevent cruelty and abuse to children by educating and informing the public of this growing epidemic. Thankfully, American SPCC lends a voice for those who are too young to speak out against these horrendous acts.
American SPCC continues to be on the forefront of providing valuable resources for all of us to utilize. Abuse in our country is staggering, especially abuse of children, it is everywhere. The information ASPCC provides helps us recognize possible abuse, helps us decide what to do and assists those suffering from abuse. This is a difficult and often complex subject. We are very fortunate to have the American Society for Positive Child Care tirelessly working to help all of us help each other. ASPCC consistently provides quality up to date information and support services options. I am a proud supporter of the ASPCC.
Any time my dear friend Lietta Ryan embraces any kind of work, charity or otherwise, I am 100% able to TRUST the integrity and the philosohpy behind her efforts. American SPCC is no exception to that rule! Lietta, thank you for being an angel that dropped down and stayed ....your efforts in helping sooo many people while asking nothing in return is simply humbly outstanding! Thank you for YOU!
I'm very proud to have helped Lietta and her team for this great cause. However this is a non profit outside my own region (the Netherlands), this doesn't matter; unfortunately child bullying and abuse is very real; also in the Netherlands, in my own town. As a father of 2 I feel very committed helping American SPCC gain more attention and helping them where I can (in the field of building awareness online). All the best from Amsterdam, Raoul
I continue to admire and appreciate the work that the American SPCC does. They get the word out about child abuse/neglect, they offer helpful advice to parents and kids, and they work very diligently to find solutions to the many issues we're dealing with today. Keep up the good work!
American SPCC does a wonderful job, online and in the real world, fulfilling its vision and mission to empower advocacy for young people and to create a community that cares about our next generation. I enjoy following your organization on Facebook as you continue to share resources on and information about positive parenting, children's rights, and bullying as well as creating greater public awareness of child abuse. Keep up the great work on the many outstanding programs you've initiated, American SPCC!
Excellent web site, interesting and very informative articles
This is a great non-profit! Doing great things! Keep up the good work!
This non profit is taking a two-pronged approach to the issue of Child Abuse. First it aims to educate us on what Child Abuse encompasses: it may not look like what you think it does, and may be happening without you recognizing the signs. Second, they are focusing on the positive care of children. What would help parents, foster parents, care workers, etc alleviate the problem, what are solutions, how do we all help.
By harnessing the youth of today to help spread the word, they are making the next generation of parents aware of child abuse and neglect, what can cause it, what good parenting actually is, BEFORE they have children of their own.
American SPCC has an amazing website with tons of resources. It's helpful for students, teachers, counselors, and anyone working to improve the lives of children. Thank you, American SPCC for providing us with all of this great information in one place!
I'm in sixth grade, and I'm excited to work with American SPCC through the Youth Ambassador program at my school. This organization is providing our No Bully club a chance to make a difference in many students' lives. I'm grateful to the American SPCC for this opportunity!
A group of great people who remain active in the community to help raise awareness and provide solutions.
American SPCC is an invaluable resource for stressed parents who need parenting education and access to supportive parenting resources. I have also been very impressed by the events and programs that their staff and volunteer youth have created in the past year: These have empowered youth to engage in activities of their choice that prevent/reduce child abuse and tangibly improve the lives of youth in their communities.
A friend has been showing me the American/SPCC posts for the last few months. I've been impressed with their commitment to being a champion for kids and their rights. As a mom, I know firsthand how important it is for children to have advocates as well as positive role models. Their vision truly aligns with mine.
ASPCC does a great job of putting the youth voice first - empowering the youth and letting their work shine. Its refreshing to see an organization that doesn't take the youth voice and use it for themselves, instead they let youth have their voice - especially when it is our youth who are effected.
This is a wonderful nonprofit and they do incredible things for children that need someone to stand up for them. All children deserve a life full of love and opportunities and this nonprofit allows this to happen for children that have been neglected and overlooked.
American SPCC is an organization that promotes the well-being of children and families. Their passion and focus on effecting positive changes in our communities are inspiring. They make it easy for anyone to get involved in whatever capacity they wish.
American SPCC is a vital resource to help empower us as individuals and communities in creating positive changes for our children. Child neglect, abuse and suffering in this country and throughout the world needs to stop. American SPCC is where children's voices can be heard, positive changes happen and education on abuse prevention is paramount. American SPCC provides up to date facts on important issues such as physical and emotional health, child protection education and much more. It has been a pleasure volunteering for this great organization. I have personally benefited from both volunteering and learning how to better help our children. Please join us! American SPCC
The American SPCC is an organization that aligns with a great passion of mine. Our children. They do a beautiful job of educating and encouraging those with the honor of raising our next generation of leaders to do it with love and to help our children succeed in all they do!
I am a policy specialist and have served as a consultant for American SPCC for the last several months. I can report that American SPCC offers numerous avenues for those interested in the welfare of children, adolescents, and older youth to at once get involved and be part of the solution. American SPCC prioritizes the perspectives of young people, and I particularly appreciate the student advocacy model and toolkit that this nonprofit provides for students to assist them with identifying and advocating on behalf of the child welfare issues that matter most to them. American SPCC has both a national vision and a very hands-on ground effort working closely to assist and support child welfare advocates in the Portland, Oregon, community. This is a small nonprofit that has tremendous potential for growth.
American SPCC offers a wide variety of educational and advocacy opportunities for parents/caretakers and youth. Youth can identify issues important to them in high school and college clubs, and earn service credit from American SPCC for attempting to make improvements in their community.
Parents and caretakers are able to access a wide variety of topics for guidance. For example, new parents can learn tips on how to remain cool while learning and utilizing strategies to calm a crying infant, and helplines are given a when a caregiver feels overwhelmed. In addition, children, teens and caregivers can learn strategies to deal with bullying at school and in their community, and learn how identify, reach out and obtain help if they feel depressed or suicidal.
American SPCC has a pro-active approach to dealing with the challenges that children, youth, parents and caregivers commonly face. Its' solution-focused, hands-on strategies are empowering and effective.
American SPCC offers holistic approaches to addressing child abuse, neglect and exploitation, which cause so many of our social and economic problems. The organization's focus on solutions--positive parenting, anti-bullying, and advocacy--both in the community and through social media networks is unique. So is their model of supporting students and youth in working to solve problems in their communities through high school, college, and community clubs while earning service credit hours and other awards.
I have worked on children's rights in many arenas but have finally found a forum that allows children and youth to find a way to envision and create a more positive future for themselves and the next generation. Please join me in supporting their work!
The AmericanSPCC is an organization dedicated to child welfare and has a cutting edge model of service learning and club organization for the youth of America. I believe if the youth have a voice, there is a great chance that child abuse will dramatically decrease in the United States.
I am honored to be associated and working with this great nonprofit, American SPCC (American Society for the Positive Care of Children). They are an amazing organization with huge goals and a vast vision to actualize positive social change as it relates to all areas of children's rights, child abuse, neglect, maltreatment and bullying.
They are devoted to building an active, caring community advocating for children’s rights and the welfare of families by increasing awareness of child abuse, promoting positive parenting, encouraging social reform, and offering anti-bullying strategies.
I fully support this charity and their mission, and highly recommend that others do the same! www.americanspcc.org
