Causes: Arts & Culture
Mission: To provide space for artists to work and to engage community through arts education, exhibitions of contemporary art, and cultural events.
Programs: Arts education - the components of arts education programming are artists-in-classrooms, model arts school, community classes and studio 327.
studio artist program - for 35 years, the center provides professional work-studio space for 54 artists, inclusing musicians, ceremists, painters, sculptors, writers, photographers, printmakers and jewelers.
exihibitions - agcc is home to four galleries, focused on showcasing new works by contemporary artists. Agcc pursues opportuninies to hire outside curators and commission artists in its effort to support the vibrancy of southern californias art landscape.
