Mission: To produce and present an annual festival of authors, an event taking place over several days and featuring readings, discussions, and tlk by various authors and illustrators. To produce regular radio programs featuring author interviews, book reviews, and other literary information. To produce literary events for the purpose of raising funds for literary and other related charitable causes. In general, to educate the public about books and authors, to provide forums for authors to present and discuss their wor, to raise money for literacy, and to perform any related activities permitted under chapter 180 of the general laws of the commonwealth of massachuetts and section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954, or corresponding provisions of subsequent federal tax laws as amended.
