Mission: Our mission is to eliminate alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. Our vision is a world without alzheimer's.
Programs: Contributions shared with national: the association shares unrestricted contributions raised by either party in the minnesota-north dakota territory with national on a percentage basis. Restricted dollars for chapter programs are not shared with national. When restricted contributions are received for research, they are transferred to national for its research program.
care consultation: individuals with memory loss and their care partners received 3,665 care consultations, giving them individualized assistance with problem solving, planning and identifying resources during the year ended june 30, 2015.
community, coroporate and professional education: the association offered dementia-specific workshops and conferences throughout the two-state area. In total, 16,068 people attended community, corporate and professional education programs during the year ended june 30, 2015.
