Mission: Founded in 1983, the Alzheimer's Association, Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter is part of the National Alzheimer's Association chapter network. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research and to enhance care and support for individuals, their families and caregivers. We serve an estimated 50,500 people and families affected by Alzheimer's disease in Dodge, Fond du Lac, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha counties.
