Mission: Allcare provider services, inc. Is a multiservice, nonprofit, social services organization which currently provides medicaid service coordination in several boroughs of new york city ("nyc") and preschool/daycare services in the bronx. Allcare's mission is to aid individuals with learning, intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families by providing developmental, educational, behavioral, clinical and rehabilitative intervention services. Allcare strives to foster each individual's growth, development and independence by helping them bridge the gap between developmental delays and positive outcomes.
Programs: Allcare provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families through medicaid service coordination (msc). Msc is a medicaid state plan service provided by the new york office of people with developmental disabilities which assists persons with developmental disabilities in gaining access to necessary services and appropriate support to meet the needs of the individual. Medicaid service coordination (msc)is provided by qualified service coordinators and uses a person centered planning process in developing, implementing and maintaining an individualized service plan (isp) with and for a person with developmental disabilities. Person-centered planning ensures an approach for learning about people with developmental disabilities and creating a lifestyle that can help them contribute as citizens in community life. Also, person-centered planning helps us discover each individual's interests, capacities and gifts, which serve as a foundation for developing valued social roles.
learning ladder day care center offers full day care to children over the age of 2 to 5 years old. Our name demonstrates that learning ladder is a unique program in which preschool children with typical, age appropriate development will be educated directly alongside children with special needs. This inclusionary setting offers benefits for all of the children and provides the families of the community with a day care center staffed by experts.
