Aichc also received funding for quality improvement (qi) assistance, which lead towards the recent achievement of level 3 patient centered medical home (pcmh) recognition from ncqa, to continue to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of care aichc delivers, while responding to each patients unique needs and preferences.
