Mission: To provide the general public
Programs: African culture connection's residency and community outrach teaches and connects students ages 5 to 15, with african culture through music, dance, and other arts. Our performances to the public, school assemblies, residencies and through workshops, help to promote unity and muticulturalism by providing authentic hands-on experiences with the african culture. Additionally, it will help the students learn to express themselves creatively and how to work as a team. Our programs are currently held at 20 area public schools as well as several other nonprofit organizations in the area who provide afterschool programs for students.
