Mission: ArfKids Foundation, Incorporated was formed early in 2000 and provides Service Dogs to disabled children nationwide at no cost. ArfKids; A Rinty For Kids, will raise, has pioneered the in-home training program to allow families to learn to train the service dog for their child with assistance from volunteer trainers nationwide. ArfKids uses primarily German Shepherd Dogs, but according to the childs situation will use other breeds. ArfKids does plan use dogs from rescue organizations that fit the special training criteria. They also have a breeding program specially designed for raising service dogs for children.
