Lyndsay is an amazing art instructor with a big heart and lots of knowledge! On many occasions, I have witnessed her instructing small groups (6-12) of teens and she has a way of getting them interested in the topic and technique she is teaching. She is very passionate about spreading mental health awareness and how art can be conduit for positive change.

Lyndsay's dedication to reaching out to support others in their struggle with mental health issues is, to say the least, awe inspiring. Her drive, compassion and understanding lends itself to helping others work through the tough times and ignore the outdated stigma of a mental health disorder. Using art as a vehicle, A Frame Of Mind is an excellent advocate for any and all youth with depression, anxiety and stress.

I have had the pleasure of observing A Frame of Mind's creator, Lyndsay Rose, teaching in a classroom setting and a one-on-one setting. Her passion for helping each student find their voice and confidence through the creative process is remarkable. The smiles and trust that it brings are wonderful to witness.

I am excited for all children who suffer, to have the opportunity to feel the caring consideration, support, joy, and freedom that A Frame of Mind brings
