Lyndsay's dedication to reaching out to support others in their struggle with mental health issues is, to say the least, awe inspiring. Her drive, compassion and understanding lends itself to helping others work through the tough times and ignore the outdated stigma of a mental health disorder. Using art as a vehicle, A Frame Of Mind is an excellent advocate for any and all youth with depression, anxiety and stress.
