Yelm Nonprofits and Charities

Have tried for months on end by emails to Love Abounds Here. The responses are always negligent. Love Abounds Here does NOT assist with laundry or showers or transportation. This is the biggest lying nonprofit I have ever encountered. I can show you months of emails back and forth asking about a shower location and was NOT given one physical address! Email responses took MONTHS for NOTHING! I do not recommend this so called "nonprofit" to anyone. It is obviously fraud and full of corruption to self inflate its founders ego. I cannot believe local governments are not requiring basic communication skills training and truth in advertising from nonprofits like this. They do not serve anyone and will violate your privacy!!!

These two people are the best of the best. Their lives are totally devoted to the care and love of older and special needs cats. They feel these animals should get to live their lives out in a home with love. Everytime I visit Jasperskatz I am just amazed how they care for these guys with such coordination and ease, I know that many of us would be so overwhelmed to do what they do. I feel blessed to know these two wonderful people.

I had been addicted to drugs since I was 13 an had tried several times to try an get clean all with no success. When I moved to tmtl in 2013 I was completely lost an broken an I hadn’t seen my, at that time 7 year old daughter in over 3 years . I honestly was completely hopeless. I had no idea how to live life In the most basic of ways , daily chores getting myself motivated an up for the day or how to communicate my emotional needs or feelings to anyone in a healthy manner . From the moment I moved into the house I knew this was the place my life was going to change . The love an support poured upon an into me through all of the staff at tmtl completely changed my life . I worked A Genesis process with Carmen and every week we had Group meetings with all of the girls in the house to work on our internal an external struggles. All to move towards Letting go of our addictionS and trauma . In the time that I spent there I learned how to love myself an to love others around me, How to create a life where I didn’t need drugs, nor want anything to do with them .I learned how to become the mother I never had, an to show my children the love they deserve. I now have seven years clean , I have an amazing relationship with my daughter , an my family , Some thing I can honestly say seven years ago I never would’ve thought I would have. I’ve had two more beautiful babies who will grow up in a happy functional home with a mother who appreciates them an is present to watch them grow . I gained a job , life skills a drivers license a home , emotional stability an so so much more from my time living at tmtl . I can whole heartedly say I would not be the person I am today had it not been for tmtl .
