Most of these women are very kind and they do not put themselves on a higher level than the clients. However there are a few of the ladies that seem to feel like they can treat someone with no respect and in the same time demand respect for their self. When it comes to respect I believe you get what you give. The programs I never got to experience I had to wait 5 days and was forced to lay there with a bacterial ear infection and agony for days until about 5 days later when I finally got the medicine. The next day with a difference of opinion I was removed disrespectfully my things were violated and missing I have made three attempts to retain my items they will not return them I have a list of things it's horrible. When I left my abuser he has attempted to force me to do what he says or to suffer the consequences. What happened with these two particular ladies is the same. They felt the need to put me in my place and let me know that I'm beneath them violating my things stole my property and the police decided their judges even though it's all against the law Arizona law states clearly you're to be given written notice. At the time of my deepest crisis I went to them in an emergency request for my life from a man that is trying to kill me. They didn't feel the need to hear what I had to say and because I got louder and louder because they were acting like they weren't hearing me then I disrespected them by getting louder it's funny had they allowed me to say what I had to say they would have understand the emergency in my need. I was told that they don't just throw people in the streets that's a downright lie. False promises on a Friday and nothing opens till Monday they were supposed to get me a hotel for the weekend so I can make it till Monday well now they're going to show me and I'm in the streets in the morning God forgive them for they know what they do

I would not recommend this anyone go to this place. I know of a man that is disabled and parked close to the building because there is no handicap parking and a man from the "board of Directors for the group" came and told the man to move to his car. This man has has several health issues and cannot walk a long distance....the man ad no idea why he could not park where he did because he limps when he walks........the " board of directors" man then proceded to tell the man that since he has a limp already he would kick his ass easily!!!! What kind a man would tell a disabiled person that????? Then the "board of Director" man threatened to call the police on this disabled man because he did not want him on the property. Does this sound like a place that is friendly?????I do not think so!!! The person running ths place needs to get their act together and control how your people handle disabled people.
