Zip With Us ® is grateful to be a recipient of the Partnership in Youth Services grant from Foundations Community Partnership. Their generosity helps us continue our mission to provide free medically adaptive garments to pediatric patients affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Our custom apparel is thoughtfully designed to improve comfort, preserve dignity, and provide easier access during difficult medical treatments. With Foundations Community Partnership’s help, hundreds of families in the Bucks County area will be directly impacted. We appreciate their support and their dedication to enhancing the quality of life for those in their community.

I became with the Travis Manion Foundation in 2021 when I was selected to be part of the Spartan Leadership Program Cohort 2. I had no idea how this would be a truly lifechanging point in my life! Far exceeding my expectations, I became part of a veteran family that had been missing in my life! I was challenged to "get off the couch" not only physically but mentally as well. I would make lifelong friends during these months, spend a week of my life with these fellow Spartans, learn to learn again, and be pushed in my comfort levels that would stretch my so thought self imposed limitations. I would go on to particpate in several Legacy Projects that TMF graciously helped with. Having TMF backing me, I was able to assist the tornado victims in Western Kentucky and then a few months later able to assist flooding victims in eastern Kentucky. Not only is the Travis Manion Foundation a great and beneficial to veterans and Gold Star families, they give back to the community!!!

Girl Power USA is an incredibly amazing organization that reaches the most underserved beneficiaries with timely interventions that helps create a preferable future for those in need.<br>Girl Power USA's trust in grassroot organizations that are closer to the beneficiaries' challenges, is creating ripples of positive impact across many nations.<br>Through their support, the number of out-of-school girls in Calabar, Nigeria, is reducing and the chances for a more equitable society for women and girls are increasing.<br>Partnering with Girl Power USA is an opportunity to impact generations. <br>

Since 1991, this dedicated group of volunteers has been providing essential goods and programs to foster self-reliance and mutual understanding to he Hopi, Navajo, and Zuni Nations. All of their programs address many of the basic needs of the communities they serve. The organization is able to accomplish so much on an annual basis through strong, ongoing partnerships with other non-profits, public and private entities all with the similar commitment of addressing the needs of underserved Native American youth and people.

The Bucks County Opportunity Council is an incredible organization that is committed to ending poverty in Bucks County. They support people with many different resources and the coaching needed to better their lives and better the community.

Working with seniors who are without resources for basic needs or who just need to be acknowledged for a life well lived has been exceedingly rewarding! Providing a bed or diabetic shoes, a lift chair or a stairlift to someone who desperately needs it, the seniors who have lived their lives, have given to society without concern for themselves. To be able to provide them with a trip to see a family member who is sick and they haven’t seen for years will make your heart swell.

Since 2009, Foundations Community Partnership has supported the Council and its programs though a variety of grants. We realize the important role the Council plays in people's lives, and recognize that the organization is one of the most vital alcohol and other drug prevention and intervention agencies in Bucks County. Through our support of innovative programming, the Council offers public education through workshops and community programs, intervention and education programs for juveniles in trouble with the law and adults arrested for DUI, family education and intervention, student assistance, and recovery support services. Thank you for what you do and we look forward to our continued partnership.

As the retired Chief of Police in Doylestown Township, I worked with Central Bucks through most of my career which was over 38 years. Their members have been outstandingly valued by law enforcement. Additionally, as a resident of Doylestown my entire career, it is a great comfort that my family is protected by the Central Bucks Ambulance & Rescue Unit. Finally, as a volunteer for many community events like the Heroes 9/11 Run, other 5k runs and Community events like our Doylestown Township Oktoberfest Celebration, I was always grateful for their presence and work. As caretakers of the Czestochowa cemetery, the new management of the Pauline Fathers at Czestochowa should be ashamed of themselves. They are sterilizing, desecrating, and destroying the cemetery with callous and fascist rules regarding “no cemetery decorations other then holidays”. For 50 long years this was NEVER enforced, ever since the cemetery began in 1966. Therefore, thousands of cemetery plot purchasers over the years bought their plots on THAT very basis, on THOSE very terms, with THOSE very expectations. But NOW, you are now putting a stake through the hearts of often-elderly wives and husbands and sons and daughters who lovingly visit and tend to gravesites of their departed relatives; you are callously hurting and dismissing  and denying people who simply want to maintain a connection, ANY connection, with their departed loved ones -- this, by simply leaving a few artificial flowers, mementos, small shrubs, or  evergreens next to a gravestone. YOU --the newly installed management of the Pauline Fathers at Czestochowa cemetery are truly heartless hypocrites ---despite and contrary to all your pious and high-sounding claims of love and charity and kindness from the pulpit. You are making OUR Czestochowa into a sterilized Disneyland busine$. Remember this: Cemeteries are just as much for the LIVING, as for those interned there. With these arbitrary and fascistic edicts you hurt and harm those who visit their loved ones, you desecrate their connections and memories of those who lie there. Have you no shame somewhere in your cold hearts, Pauline Fathers? Can you only see dollar signs? Have you become that blind? <br>

The DBCA's mission is to make Doylestown a better place to live, work and visit. The DBCA does this by maintaining and creating events that become community traditions. These events include the Doylestown Arts Festival, Annual 5K/Walk, Doylestown Art Days, Sidewalk sales, Santa Coming to Town, Santa's House, Hanging Flower Baskets, Hanukkah Songfest, Midnight Magic and visitors map.

The Hep B Foundation is a great nonprofit organization that cares about the health of Philadelphia and the diverse communities that make up this city. As a student volunteer for the Hep B Foundation I have seen first hand the care and effort that is put into planning every single event. From the Flash Mob in Love Park to Hepatitis B screenings throughout the city, I am constantly amazed and impressed by the work that this nonprofit organization does. Keep up the good work!

The James A Michener Art Museum is a treasure. Located in Doylestown, PA, which is in the heart of Bucks County's art community but miles from Center City Philadelphia, the Michener's permanent collections, special exhibits, classes and events are comparable to anything in a major city. As a bonus, the museum is a manageable size, which means you can enjoy the art without exhaustion. I have particularly enjoyed the curators lectures, which allow the average Joe to have a terrific art history lesson, and the special exhibits which showcase not only the art, but the creativity of the curators. The museum is also very welcoming of children and offers numerous classes, merit badge opportunities and camps. Doylestown is a gem of a town, and the Michener adds the panache of wonderful art.

Great organization for educating the public about those living with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder [ADHD]. Living with ADHD and raised three children with the same, I found much needed support from their website.

Wild River Review is a 501c3 non-profit literary magazine that goes beyond your usual conversational publication. They truly crawl inside the story to expose the hidden memories, dreams and secrets of the people and places important to all of us. <br><br>We LOVE the Wild Table column and that of all the contributors to the Wild River Review.

I have been involved with Vita Education Services in one way or another for years, mostly as a volunteer. Right now, I am simply a donor. Why I have continued to support them is that their staff is the most dedicated staff you can imagine, working on salaries that are below average, trying to maximize the real working value of every dollar donated in behalf of the clients served. This organization has utmost integrity and commitment to its mission. Both the Literacy and Decision Making Programs have immeasurable value both to the individuals served and the community.
