Rescues dogs that no one else will take and rehabilitates them. Well cared for and able to roam on the facility freely once they are trained. This rescue is like no other. I would suggest making a visit to see for yourself.

This isn't a non profit, its not actually sober living, the fraud charges 525 a person to 3 a room. Or 700 to 800 fir a single in the most run down houses. The house managers are abusive, lie, and are worthless. The audacity to also ask for donations, and gets funding. The horrific things that occur in these scum sucking money mill that preys on the desperate/vulnerable is diabolical. Its time to expose these pos pretending to be community support. Also, pet friendly is a big lie. There is a time when everything comes to light. Also, Angie is dishonest, and greedy. Shes absolutely making mad cash off those who are soft targets to her.

Steps to Recovery Homes is truly making a difference in our community. I have been associated with the organization as a Board member and supporter for 8 years. Not only are there homes for men, women, and a transitional house, but offer so much more. The program is very stuctured, but includes life skills, behavior health, and just recently added inpatient and outpatient therapy. The staff is caring and capable. The organization recently moved to accommodate the therapy addition, but they still have the store online with very reasonable and nice items.

Hello <br>I'm David, I have been supported by the organization ( HFLW) and my three siblings, Irene, Quinn and Catherine since 2013 when I almost dropped out if school due to luck of school fee in that we are orphans we had no one to depend on.We have seen great changes in our lives not that Irene is in form four last grade in high school, and Quinn is in grade six primary level and Catherine is in pre-unit the final class then she join grade one primary level and me I'm now waiting to join an online university called University Of The People to take a course of Business Administration.<br><br>Here in Kenya the HFLW has helped many needy children and family through education and it has expanded to the other parts of the country. <br>Thanks to all the donors whom have participated in all ways, and Lory has shown great light to me and all those who are in the organization. <br><br>Kind regards to all.

The Fleishman Foundation is an amazing organization! I received a scholarship from them when I graduated from high school 10 years ago and every 6 months after that time, at the start of every new semester during my undergraduate studies, I received a letter from them inviting me to apply again for another scholarship. <br><br>This was a huge help to me and they were so consistent and so willing to help anyone pursuing an education. Dr. Fleishman was an incredible selfless man who practiced in the small community I grew up in and he has left a legacy and I am so grateful for his help and the help of his foundation that has helped me get my education which I am still pursuing.

The Sisterhood Foundation is an exceptional group of women (and men) that put on fundraisers and events for organizations and people in need in our community. They have put together many great fundraisers here at Main Stage in Cottonwood and have always done an exceptional job with their events. Their last event raised over $10,000 for Northern Arizona Hospice Foundation. I can't say enough about these fabulous women, their organization and all they do for our community.

Great program that inspires a love of books and reading in young children. The Verde Valley Imagination Library (VVIL) is the local affiliate of Dolly Parton’s book gifting program that mails free, high quality age-appropriate books every month to children under age 5 living in the Arizona communities of Camp Verde, Clarkdale, Cornville, Cottonwood, Jerome, Lake Montezuma, McGuireville, Rimrock, Sedona, Verde Villages and the Village of Oak Creek. Parents can enroll their children online at: www.imaginationlibrary.com or by completing a registration form available at the local libraries. Toddlers and preschoolers love receiving books in the mail and parents appreciate the convenience and quality of the books.<br>

They are far understaffed in adult psychiatry = ALWAYS despite a $13m budget covering 3 campuses in @ a 50mi. radius. Sometimes 3, now currently 2 psychiatrists serve "thousands" of patients. Everything they do (for me) is done poorly - if at all. Communication among staff and caregivers is a joke causing unimaginable problems, Getting medication without interruption has been impossible. Covered services can take years to receive, if at all. If I file any complaints, they retaliate. Nobody takes responsibility for ANYTHING and blame all problems on others and most often on me, as if my complaints about the horrible services are the reason the services are so horrible in the first place. I've often been told to 'go with the flow'. If ! did, I would be dead. Any time I ask my doctor about my treatment, she says it's not her job. When I tell her that makes me more uncomfortable, she says to complain elsewhere/that's not her job etc... and that I'm in the way of treatment. Really??? Showing up 7 minutes late for a 'walk in' appointment, in crisis, resulted in my doctor coming out and bitching at me about being late and how socially unacceptable it was rather than using the time to help me. Upon questioning her, she stated that I have no business telling her how to spend her time. Some ego she has. NOTHING comes freely. I'd rate it lower if possible as their treatment worsened my condition rather than help it. Shame on them.

What does this ministry do? I don't see any information other than the name and who to contact by a PO Box. Just wondering.

What a great little group! Focus is key, and they have. A clear and important single issue - preserving the Verde River. VRCA does a great job of educating its members, providing meetings, forums and activities. They have some great talent and oodles of dedication and passion. I look forward to working with and donating to these folks for a long time to come.
